Our new carburetor has undergone rigorous testing procedures to meet the highest standards. We have thoroughly tested for leaks, idle speed, and other critical performance metrics to guarantee the carburetor is factory-ready and fully qualified for use.

Initial installation of this carburetor requires the use of a carburetor cleaner to thoroughly clean the fuel inlet area, helping to lubricate the needle valve. If you encounter a leak at the position of the plastic push rod during the first installation, do not worry. Simply tap the top of the housing above the float lightly, and the needle valve should seat properly.

If your vehicle is using fuel containing 5-10% ethanol and you experience weak acceleration after installation, consider expanding the main jet of the carburetor by 0.1mm. Rest assured, disassembling the carburetor will not affect its after-sales service. The disassembled carburetor will be eligible for the same returns, exchanges, and other after-sales support as a brand-new unit.

Our carburetor models are suitable for a variety of engine configurations, including the Mustang straight-6 engine (200 cu in / 3.3 L) and the Truck F100 straight-6 engine (262 cu in / 4.3 L or 223 cu in / 3.7 L).

When installing the carburetor, the only adjustment required is to the air mixing screw on the base. If the idle speed needs to be adjusted, simply turn the idle screw to achieve the desired setting.
